David Moragas (Almoster, 1993) is a writer, screenwriter, and film director. He graduated in Audiovisual Communication from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, and pursued a master's degree in Film Direction at NYU Tisch School of the Arts in New York, thanks to a scholarship from the Obra Social la Caixa.
His films have received numerous recognitions, including a nomination at the Gaudí Awards of the Catalan Cinema Academy for "Demà ho deixem”. He also received another nomination for Best Editing for his film "A Stormy Night."
Currently based in Barcelona, he works as a writer/director and is an associate professor at Pompeu Fabra University.
"Fervor" is his first novel.
